How do I receive a money transfer abroad?

We deliver addressed international postal transfers to a home address and hand them directly to the recipient.

If the recipient is not at home at the moment of delivery, the postman will leave a written message with the telephone number and post office address where he can pick up the transfer.

To receive such a transfer, the recipient must present an identity document (passport or other document accepted by the local postal operator).

Urgent international postal transfers

Urgent transfers can be received in any automated offices of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Serbia and Portugal (select a country to download the list of automated offices).

To obtain money transfer, you must tell the operator the control number, amount and currency of the transfer (this information should be provided by the sender).

To receive such a transfer, the recipient must present an identity document (passport or other document accepted by the local postal operator).

Visit the site of the postal operator of the country or contact the contact center of that postal operator to:

• find the nearest postal office;
• find out tariffs for services;
• get information about the documents required to receive the transfer;
• find out the maximum remittance amount and other conditions for providing international transfer service from Ukraine.
