When paying for sending an international parcel, 20% VAT is charged only for the part of the price that applies to shipping within Ukraine. The part of the price that applies to shipping international parcels within Ukraine is (excluding VAT): UAH 75.00.
***There is no fee when submitting an application through the website for returning an international shipment to the sender or changing / correcting of the address.
Please note that Ukrposhta has stopped accepting international postal items (IPIs) addressed to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
