Pensions payment and delivery

Payment and delivery of pensions and social assistance is a traditional Ukrposhta service which has been provided by the company for many years.

Ukrposhta is a national postal operator, it has the largest network of post offices and delivers pensions to all settlements of the country, without exception.

You can receive a pension / social assistance in person at the post office or with home delivery. If necessary, an authorized person can do it (by attorney).

If you want to receive a pension / social assistance at Ukrposhta, you have to submit an application to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, Department of labour and people’s social protection at the place of residence, where you have to indicate the desire to receive a pension / social assistance at Ukrposhta. You must have a Ukrainian citizen passport and a pensioner ID card (if any) with you.

If there is a necessity, for example, for health reasons, to receive a pension or social assistance not to a bank account, but directly to your home by the postman, you can also contact the territorial department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine or the department of labour and people’s social protection at the place of residence, and submit an application on the termination of the pension transfer to a bank account and receiving of pension by post at the place of actual residence. Pensions are paid from the 4th to the 25th monthly. Social assistance is paid during the period indicated by labour and people’s social protection authorities.
