1 The tariff is applied separately to each assigned payment, specified in the payment instruction. 2 Except for trilateral agreements concluded in Vinnytsia city. 3 If this does not contradict the terms of the agreement, and except for cases where a legal entity or individual entrepreneur pays the minimum fee under the agreement: in branches (except for mobile branches) in the amount of UAH 15.00; in mobile branches in the amount of UAH 20.00, as well as, except for payments accepted under agreements with payment systems and other agency agreements. 4 Except for payments in favour of a legal entity of FC “GERC” LLC in case of concluding an agreement with a legal entity, for automated postal offices in Kyiv the tariff is UAH 12.50 (excluding VAT). 5 The tariff includes the cost of JSC “Ukrposhta” service, in the amount of UAH 6.70, and a service fee paid by the payer in favour of FC "GERC" LLC in the amount of UAH 0.30. 6 In case of unsuccessful replenishment of the mobile account through no fault of the payer, the fee paid by him/her for replenishment of the mobile account shall be refunded. 7 Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine. The amount of payment is determined using the hryvnia to foreign currency exchange rate, which is set by the National Bank of Ukraine on the date the service is provided. |
