Types of transfers
Delivery time is from 1 to 14 days depending on the type of settlements between which the transfer is sent (administrative centers, cities, towns, villages, etc.).
The transfer is delivered to the postal office or home address in any locality of Ukraine.
Address transfers can be sent between all partner countries of Ukrposhta (except Serbia).
Entrepreneurs that export their goods by post are encouraged to use the international postpay money transfer service.
We also accept and pay for on-demand transfers (transfer to a specific postal office, not to an address).
How much can I transfer?
Maximum remittance amount from Ukraine to abroad
The amount of one transfer is determined by bilateral agreements. The total amount of transfers may not exceed UAH 399,999 per day from one sender (or the equivalent of the amount in US dollars or euros)

International Postpay Transfer is a service in which Ukrposhta mediates between seller and buyer of goods. You sell the goods to a buyer abroad, send them via Ukrposhta.
Upon receipt of the item at the office, the buyer pays the full cost of the goods, and we will forward the money to you by postal money transfer.
The service is available when exporting goods to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, Czech Republic. For details — refer to the link.
If you do not know the exact address of the recipient of the transfer, then you can send a request to a specific office of the postal operator abroad, where the recipient will pick up the transfer.
The sender must inform the recipient the number of the post office to which the transfer is sent. Transfers on demand are made under the conditions of sending the address transfers.
The service is available when sending money between Ukraine and Azerbaijan, Belarus, Armenia, Vietnam, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan.
Postal money transfers made in a foreign country in local currency are paid in UAH in Ukraine.
International postal money transfers can be accepted and paid in USD or EUR, depending on from which country or to which country the money is sent.
Conversion from one currency to another is carried out at the currency rate of each mail. The rate, used by Ukrposhta can be found here.
The total cost of the service is the total cost of the consumer associated with the forwarding of the postal order. The total cost includes the tariff for sending a mail order and additional services of Ukrposhta.
