JSC “Ukrposhta” is the only national postal operator in Ukraine.
Ukrposhta's network covers 100% of the territory of Ukraine (20 204 settlements, except for the temporarily occupied ones). We provide postal, logistics, financial and trade services for individuals and business clients.
The founder and shareholder of JSC “Ukrposhta” is Ukrainian State represented by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. Ukrposhta activity is regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On postal communications”, other laws of Ukraine as well as regulations of the Universal Postal Union (where Ukraine started its membership in 1947).
Today, Ukrposhta consists of 24 regional branches, the Directorate for Mail Processing and Transportation, and Avtotransposhta. We are one of the largest companies in Ukraine: approximately 32,000 employees receive, sort, transport, deliver, organize, analyze, and assist customers on a daily basis. Ukrposhta's extensive network includes 4,273 stationary and 1,867 mobile branches serving 20,204 settlements.
With the start of the full-scale invasion, 774 Ukrposhta employees showed courage and joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since then, 32 of them have given their lives for Ukraine, and 11 more are considered missing in action.
However, our losses are not limited to the front lines. We must also remember the seven Ukrposhta employees who died while performing their duties.
Our project, “Unconquered: Heroes of Ukrposhta”, is dedicated to them — those who fought and those who remained at their workplaces, providing people with what they needed.
