If the business is successfully developing and it is planned to enter the international market, then in order to carry out foreign economic activity (FEA) it is necessary to pass accreditation/registration with the customs authorities of Ukraine.
This is one of the first and necessary steps for the implementation of foreign economic activity by a legal entity (company, enterprise, organization, firm) or a individual entrepreneur. Requirements for accounting procedures for persons carrying out transactions with goods, in accordance with Article 455 of the Customs Code of Ukraine determined by the Procedure approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 552 dated June 15, 2015 registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 08, 2015, No. 807/27252.
