Packing of the postal item (taking into account the cost of paper, pack-thread, ribbon, etc.) costs UAH 6.67 (without VAT) per one item.

Such postal items could be registered at the office specified in the relevant agreements, upon receipt of money for the provision of such service into its current account (according to clause 87 of the Rules for the provision of postal services, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 270 as of 05.03.09)

You can use a stamping machine. For this purpose, individuals and legal entities need to sign an appropriate agreement with Ukrposhta and make an advance payment (in accordance with clause 87 of the Rules for the provision of postal services, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 270 as of 05.03.09).

Sold postal stamps, post blocks, stamped envelopes and postcards are not subject to return and exchange (in accordance with clause86 of the Rules for the provision of postal services, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 270 as of 05.03.09).

Postal stamps issued by postal administrations of foreign countries are not used for payment of domestic and international postal items (in accordance with clause 85 of the Rules for the provision of postal services, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 270 as of 05.03.09).

Postal stamps which have been removed from circulation, dirty, damaged, repaid in any way, cut from marked envelopes and postcards, as well as issued by postal administrations of foreign countries are not used for payment of domestic and international postal items (in accordance with clause 85 of the Rules for the provision of postal services, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 270 as of 05.03.09).

Postal stamps are affixed on the address side of uninsured or registered postcard, letter, parcel at the top right, separately from each other (according to clause 84 of the Rules for the provision of postal services, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 270 as of 05.03.09).

Regular and registered letters and items in wrappers (both domestic and international) shall be paid with stamps (accordance with clause 83 of the Rules for the provision of postal services, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 270 as of 05.03.09).

International coupons for response are issued by the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union (in accordance with clause 82 of the Rules for the provision of postal services, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 270 as of 05.03.09).

There are following confirmations of payment for post services:

• postal stamps affixed to letter post or printed in a typographic manner on postal envelopes, postcards;
• state symbol prints made by stamping machines;
• prints about the payment of post letter made by printing mean or otherwise.

Only the following items are sent free of charge:

• Ordinary letters weighing up to 20 grams and postcards sent or received by army conscripts;
• Parcels with clothes for army conscripts that are sent to military units in accordance with the established procedure;
• literature for the blind (except for those transported by air).

Conditions for reducing the tariff level at the company are regulated by the Procedure of reducing the level of tariffs for postal services, which is applied to all corporate clients (according to Clause 79 of the Rules for the Provision of Postal Services, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 270 dated 05.03.09).

Users registered in the Personal Account can join the Loyalty Program and gain bonus postal items of the Ukrposhta Standard or Ukrposhta Express types (at the user’s choice). If the user joins the Loyalty Program, they can no longer benefit from the reduced tariffs or any other discounts for Ukrposhta Standard or Ukrposhta Express postal items. You can withdraw from the Loyalty Program at any time.

The limit of accuracy of a postal item weight is 10 grams.

Payment for the delivery of postal items within Ukraine may be imposed on either the sender or the addressee. Payment for the delivery of international postal items is always imposed on the sender.

Discounts on the payment for the delivery of postal items created in the Personal Account:

For individuals:

• Ukrposhta Standard or Ukrposhta Express — 5%;
• international postal items (parcels and EMS) — 3%;
• international postal items (small packets and small packets PRIME) — a cumulative discount depending on the monthly volume of postal items (this offer is valid from January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2023).

For legal entities:

• Ukrposhta Standard or Ukrposhta Express — 5% (without a contract);
• Ukrposhta Standard or Ukrposhta Express — 10% (with a contract);
• international postal items (parcels and EMS) — 3% (without a contract);
• international postal items (parcels, EMS, small packets and small packets PRIME) — 5% (with a contract);
• international postal items (small packets and small packets PRIME) — an additional discount (with a contract), which depends on the quarterly volume of postal items and is added to the fixed discount of 5% (this offer is valid from January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2023)

Services on sending the postcards, letters, parcels, literature for the blind persons, packages without declared value, parcels weighing up to 10 kilograms are universal services. Tariffs for universal postal services are regulated by the National Communications Regulation Commission of Ukraine.

Tariffs for other postal services are established by the postal operators in accordance with applicable law (according to clauses 76, (9), 77 of the Rules for the provision of postal services, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 270 as of 05.03.09).

The possibility of payment for delivery by the recipient depends on the type of the item. Sending the letter and parcel are universal services, so they are paid by the customer at the time of ordering. At the time of ordering the services, sending the internal postal orders are also paid.

The cost of sending the parcel across Ukraine may be paid by the sender at the time of ordering the service or by the recipient of the item upon receipt of the parcel, if the sender indicated this when making the delivery.

Post pay postal orders may be paid by the sender or the recipient of the post pay items (according to the current procedures of “Ukrposhta Express”, “Ukrposhta Standard”).

Postal services are paid in the national currency according to current tariffs (according to clause 75 of the Rules for the provision of postal services, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 270 as of 05.03.09).
