Delivery time

In 7 to 14 days your parcel will be ready to be picked up by the addressee at the nearest Ukrposhta post office. In regional centres address delivery by a courier is possible.

Customs duty free threshold

If the value of the parcel is more than EUR 150, it will be subject to customs duties in Ukraine, which the addressee will be asked to pay when picking up the parcel at the Ukrposhta post office.

Example calculation:

Smartphone with the value of EUR 170

Customs duty: (170 − 150) × 10% = EUR 2

VAT: ((170 − 150) + 2) × 20% = EUR 4,4

Total amount due: 2 + 4,4 = EUR 6,4 (at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine as of the day of payment)
