To use basic international delivery services is as easy as to make a regular transfer within Ukraine. You can send an international departure from your nearest Ukrposhta office to more then 230 countries and territories around the world. Transfer is provided by air or by combined means.

We accept for transferring:

letters (up to 2 kg);
small packages with goods (up to 2 kg);
Small package PRIME (up to 2 kg);
parcels (up to 30 kg);
EMS items (up to 30 kg).

Delivery tariffs depend on the actual weight of the item and the country of destination.

To start cooperation with Ukrposhta you need:

call the Ukrposhta manager (or contact center: 0 800 300 545) to clarify information on tariffs, discounts and terms of cooperation;
conclude an agreement with the Ukrposhta Regional Directorate for international delivery;
agree on the place of transfer of postal items (list of offices);
fill in forms and declarations or arrange item in the personal account/API;
send parcels to the agreed office.

Please note that Ukrposhta has stopped accepting international postal items (IPIs) addressed to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
