Ukrposhta will provide most services regardless of blackout schedules. Customers will be able to: receive pensions and other payments, issue all types of shipments, receive parcels, subscribe to periodicals, buy goods, pay for utilities, make postal money transfers within Ukraine.

"The experience of Ukrposhta to work in the absence of automation has now become our strong point: Ukrposhta has preserved the algorithms of work "on paper", we just need to return to them in case the post offices will be without electricity for a long time. The main thing that our customers should know is that the Ukrposhta will continue to work and provide services both with and without electricity," - the CEO of the Ukrposhta Igor Smelyansky commented.

To ensure that all post offices can accept payments at any time, Ukrposhta has introduced a single tariff of UAH 10 for most payments regardless of the amount of payment instead of a commission percentage of the amount.

In the absence of electricity, Ukrposhta offices will not be able to carry out acquiring operations - replenishment of card accounts, withdrawal of cash from the card, acceptance of cashless payments. However, such services as card-to-card transfers and money transfers from card to card or from card to branch can be made on the Ukrposhta website.
