All owners of online philatelic subscriptions who purchased them from August to October inclusive will be able to receive four postal issues in December.

Despite the fact that it is the tenth month of the full-scale war, December, which is traditionally considered a holiday month, was distinguished in the philatelic subscription by dividing it into two blocks: military-themed postal issues and holiday stamps.

Thus, holders of online philatelic subscriptions will become owners of the "Weapons of Victory" postal issue, which includes a stamp sheet, a "First Day of Issue. Kyiv", an unmarked art envelope and an art card.

Also in December, season ticket holders will receive the long-awaited "Kherson is Ukraine!" stamps, a "First Day of Issue. Kherson", an unmarked art envelope and two cards.

The holiday theme is represented in December by two postal issues: "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!", which includes a stamp sheet "Victorious New Year!", the design of which was chosen by popular vote, a postage-paid envelope "First Day of Issue. Kyiv", an unstamped art envelope and a Merry Christmas card; and the Shchedryk stamp issue, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the premiere of the famous composition in Carnegie Hall in New York, which includes a 4-stamp sheet, a cancelled envelope "First Day of Issue. Kyiv" and an art card.

The cost of the December 2022 stamp set is UAH 749.40.
