Ukrposhta would like to inform all its customers who send international postal items abroad that the postal operator continues receiving, processing and transporting export postal items to 230 countries and territories.

We do understand the worries of our customers, especially Ukrainian entrepreneurs selling their goods abroad and expecting timely delivery. Thanks to Ukrposhta’s direct contracts with 15 leading airlines, including UIA, Lufthansa, AirBaltic, Turkish Airlines, LOT, KLM, Czech Airlines, as well as its partner Windrose (that performs cargo charter flights to New York Airport), the transportation of export postal items is performed as usual.

As of today, only KLM Royal Dutch Airlines have declared temporary suspension of flights in the airspace of Ukraine.

If airlines cancel their flights, Ukrposhta is ready to deploy, within 48 hours, the plan of combined delivery of postal items to all necessary destinations, which was tested during the first lockdown.

We would like to remind that in the spring of 2020, when, due to the pandemic, a total ban on the operation of passenger airlines was abruptly introduced, Ukrposhta quickly established road connection between Kyiv and key transit airports in Europe to be able to deliver mail to airline partners outside Ukraine.
