Maximum dimensions

Any side does not exceed 60 cm, and the sum of all measurements does not exceed 90 cm.

For rolls: the sum of the length and double diameter of the roll should not exceed 104 cm, and the largest dimension — 90 cm.

The size of each parcel must not exceed 2 metres in length and girth combined and must not exceed 1.05 metres in length.(Length + 2 * (height + width) ≤ 200 cm) The size of each parcel must not exceed 3 metres in length and girth combined and must not exceed 1.5 metres in length. (Length + 2 * (height + width) ≤ 300 cm)

Possible contents Postal item in the form of a mail envelope with the attachment of a written message or document, the sizes, weight and order of which comply with the requirements of the “letter” format Postal item with papers, documents or other items2. The sender determines the estimated cost of the item. Postal item with prints, business papers, cultural and other objects2, the size, weight and order of packaging of which comply with the requirements of the “parcel wrapper” format. The ability to use a personal account or API

Starting from 1.10.2017 international postal items can be registered in a personal account on the website of Ukrposhta.

In the personal account you can calculate the tariff for international delivery, to create accompanying forms, to track the items.

If the international or registered item with the attachment of the print edition is transmitted to the delivery, the customs declaration is not obligatory, but there must be an “Imprimés” mark on the address of the shipment in the upper left corner or under the sender’s details.
