A promo code is a special code that gives you a discount on the delivery of domestic or international shipments. You can get it during promotions, in affiliate programs, or as a compensation for delivery delays.

The promo code is valid when paying for:

  • domestic shipments: Express/Priority tariff, Standard/Basic tariff, Documents;
  • international: small package, small package Prime, parcel, EMS.

Each promo code has an expiration date. This information is usually indicated in the message where you received the code (SMS, Viber, email, etc.).

General. It can be used many times by any sender or recipient for domestic and international shipments.

Personal. A reusable promotional code designed to create online shipments by a specific user.

One-time. Available for one-time use. It can be used by any sender (domestic and international shipments) or recipient (domestic only).

Compensation. A one-time promo code that is issued automatically in case of a delivery delay. It is given to the sender or recipient of a domestic shipment.

Promo codes are received via:

  • SMS or Viber;
  • and other Ukrposhta communication channels.
  • Visit any Ukrposhta branch.
  • Tell or show your promo code to a Ukrposhta employee.
  • The promo code will be applied only when paying for the shipment at Ukrposhta offices.

No, currently, promo codes can only be used in Ukrposhta offices, in the presence of the promo code holder.

No, promo codes are not cumulative.

One shipment can only be processed with one active promo code.

For example, if you have several codes for a 25% discount, you can use only one of them.

No, promo codes do not apply to goods in post offices, such as chocolates, wafers, water, souvenirs, etc.
