For prompt assistance regarding export shipments, please submit your inquiries via the dedicated link.

You can also track shipments, calculate domestic and international delivery costs, use financial services, and find a post office postal code through the Ukrposhta mobile app.

Consultations are available Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00 and Saturday 08:00 - 18:00.
