Ukrposhta, together with the global online marketplace eBay, announces the start of a free training course to help Ukrainian entrepreneurs scale their sales to the U.S., European, and Asian markets.
eBay opens access for Ukrainian businesses to 136 million active buyers in over 190+ markets. The training will explain how to use the platform’s flexible tools for both artisans and major brands, work with the Bad Buyer Experience (BBE) rating, and launch internal and external advertising mechanisms.
The program is focused on the practical use of the marketplace advantages. The training consists of four webinars:
- 3.09 — «How to start a business on eBay: A step-by-step guide to registering an eBay account, verifying, and creating your first listings»;
- 10.09 — «eBay account health: Key challenges & how to overcome them»;
- 17.09 — «How to promote products using all eBay tools»;
- 24.09 — «How to set up external advertising for your eBay account (how to generate traffic from social media and Google tools)»
The program will be led by practicing e-commerce experts — Tetiana Shliapina, Client Director at Disqover Agency, and Anton Tochylo, Head of Marketplace Growth at Netpeak.
The sessions will be held in partnership with Payoneer, Disqover Agency, and Prosto Export by Netpeak on the eBay Export page. All recordings will remain available to participants even after the course ends.
Participation in the program is free with prior registration. You can apply and learn more details on the official project page.
As a reminder, Ukrposhta and its partners have also released three free practical guides for selling on Etsy, Amazon, and Shopify. They can be downloaded from the E-Export School educational resource.
