Ukrposhta has reduced tariffs for postal items to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia by up to - 45%. Now Ukrainians can send parcels to relatives and friends in the Baltic countries even cheaper, as well as sell Ukrainian-made goods on international marketplaces.

Ukrposhta aims to offer affordable prices for postal services to countries with the highest number of Ukrainian displaced people. That is why, as part of Ukrposhta's cooperation with postal operators Lietuvos paštas (Lithuania), Latvijas Pasts (Latvia) and Omniva (Estonia), tariffs for sending small packets have been reduced by 25%-35%, depending on weight, and parcels, by 35%-45%. The updated tariffs are available here. Now a bracelet with Ukrainian symbols weighing up to 250 g can be sent at USD 5.73; a pair of Ukrainian books weighing 1 kg, at a price starting at USD 11; a parcel from home with refugees’ belongings weighing 5 kg, at a price starting at USD 21.*

Postal items can be registered at Ukrposhta post offices, in the Online Personal Account, or in the Ukrposhta mobile application. Customer pre-registering a postal item online receive a 3% discount. Regular senders and corporate customers can enjoy cumulative discounts.

As part of assistance to Ukraine throughout 2022, Omniva (Estonia Post) together with Ukrposhta launched a program of free delivery of parcels with humanitarian aid. Lietuvos paštas (Lithuania Post) collected and sent 20 trucks of clothes to Ukrainian charity funds, as well as 2 trucks of sorting equipment for Ukrposhta.

Latvijas Pasts (Latvia Post) is the first postal operator to start cooperation with Ukraine in importing generators, power banks, lithium-ion batteries, portable charging stations, Starlinks without duty and VAT. From now on, critical import goods can be sent from 600+ Latvijas Pasts post offices. The list of countries will be expanded.

Ukrposhta, as the designated postal operator of a member country of the Universal Postal Union, sends post to 190 countries (except russia and Belarus), and also delivers parcels sent to Ukraine from most countries of the world. As a reminder, Ukrposhta and Poczta Polska (Polish Post) have created special conditions for sending postal items between the countries. Ukrposhta and the postal operators of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia have successfully negotiated a reduction in tariffs for sending parcels from these countries to Ukraine, so more news should be expected soon.

As a reminder, in 2022, the postal operators of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania issued special postage sets (postage stamps, envelopes and postcards with the symbols and sights of Ukraine) as a sign of support for Ukraine and its brave and indomitable people.
