The extremely wide demand for wartime postage stamps of Ukraine prompted Ukrposhta to develop new products as soon as possible. For philatelic connoisseurs who do not have the opportunity to track announcements about the introduction of stamps into circulation and timely buy them in branches or online, in August Ukrposhta launched a test online philatelic subscription, which immediately began to be in great demand.

Taking into account the wishes of customers and the results of the experiment, Ukrposhta has renovated philatelic subscriptions in online and offline formats.

In the new year 2023, collectors will be able to buy stamps in honour of the liberation of the occupied territories, hero cities, selfless volunteers, critical infrastructure workers, Ukrainian children who were deprived of a carefree childhood due to Russia's military invasion, and, of course, the most anticipated issue - in honour of our Victory.

The online format includes:
Guaranteed supply of the following types of products (if they are provided by the thematic issue): art stamps in a sheet or a postal block, an envelope with redemption "First day of Issue. Kyiv", an unmarked art envelope and a card included with the stamp (hereinafter - the set). When purchasing a philatelic subscription, the customer must choose the required number of product sets - from 1 to 3.

Starting from January 2023, all owners of online subscriptions will receive a link to pay for new postal issues by e-mail. In addition, users of the online service who are residents of Ukraine will be able to pay only for those issues that are relevant to them.

Ukrposhta has prepared one more novelty for the residents of Ukraine: the products will be sent free of charge to the subscription holder in the first days of putting the stamp into circulation.

The terms of service for foreign collectors remain unchanged - payment for the products of the month and delivery at Ukrposhta tariffs with sending the order from the 1st to the 10th day of the month following the reporting month.

You can order a philatelic online subscription for 2023 from December 14 to December 31, 2022 at a special promotional rate with a 20% discount - UAH 480 per year. Anyone who wishes to purchase a subscription later - during 2023 (until 1.12.2023), will have to pay UAH 600. At the same time, season ticket holders can count on the purchase of products issued by Ukrposhta after the date of registration of the season ticket.

It will be possible to issue a philatelic subscription in the network of philatelic points of Ukrposhta throughout Ukraine. The start of the subscription campaign in offline format will be announced additionally. Customers will need to fill out a paper subscription form, indicating their personal data and choosing the required number of product sets (similar to online subscription sets).

Important: it will be possible to issue a season ticket offline only for the first half of the year - until June 1, 2023. From the second half of the year, all owners of offline philatelic season tickets will be transferred to online service.

The cost of a six-month subscription is 300 UAH and does not depend on the month of its registration. Delivery of products under the subscription will begin the next month after its registration.

Within 30 days from the date of receipt of products at the point of service, the owner of the philatelic subscription is obliged to purchase it in full, according to the previously selected quantity. In case of violation of these requirements, the subscription will be cancelled and the subscription fee will not be refunded.
