In October, Ukrposhta paid UAH 8.9 billion in pensions. Due to the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated the Kharkiv region, Ukrposhta resumed pension payments to the population in those territories to which there was no access before.

Thus, payments in Kharkiv region for October amounted to 74.2% against 55.6% in September and 49% in August.

Due to the fact that pensions were paid in the liberated territories for several months at once, a record UAH 645.6 million was paid in Kharkiv region in October, of which almost UAH 13 million was paid by transfers.

Also in October, pensions were paid to residents of 83 settlements of the Kherson region after a several-month break. In total, in October, 6.5 million pensions were paid in Kherson region in settlements that were not occupied. Pensions in the de-occupied territories for October and previous months will be paid in November.

Thus, the only region where Ukrposhta is still unable to deliver pensions is Luhansk. In other regions, payments are made according to the schedule.
