For the 6th month, Ukrposhta has been implementing a joint project with Ukrzaliznytsia and the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, which aims to pay Ukrainians who leave the war zone on evacuation trains a one-time financial assistance from the state.

In October, 4.3 thousand Ukrainians received such payments for the total amount of over UAH 10.2 million. The payments were made in Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytsky and Kirovohrad regions. Traditionally, the largest number of payments was made at the Lviv railway station, where Ukrposhta employees organized the distribution of funds - more than UAH 6 million for 2.5 thousand people. In October, more than UAH 2.5 million was paid to Ukrainians who evacuated to the city of Dnipro by train.

Starting from November, payments to internally displaced persons will also be made at the central railway station of Ternopil, which, according to the decision of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, will replace Kropyvnytskyi. Thus, from November, passengers of evacuation trains with the end point in Dnipro, Lviv, Ternopil and Khmelnytskyi will be able to receive one-time financial assistance from the state. Please note that the disbursement of funds in Khmelnytsky takes place not at the railway station, but at the post office 29007, which is located within walking distance from the central railway station of Khmelnytsky.

In general, Ukrposhta has already paid more than UAH 73 million to passengers of evacuation trains.
