Ukrposhta continues to show a steady growth in card transactions. In September, the company processed 1.52 million acquiring transactions. The increase in the same indicator compared to August was 6%. The increase in the number of transactions is primarily due to the fact that Ukrposhta increases the number of branches equipped with POS-terminals. In particular, in the third quarter, additional 397 terminals for card payments were installed.

The number of card transactions for goods and services increased by 6.4% to 1.1 million. In September, Ukrainians paid almost UAH 656 million by cards for services and goods in Ukrposhta offices. The increase in the amount was 6.6%.

Ukrposhta is among the TOP-7 companies in Ukraine by the number of its own POS-terminals, having at its disposal 8.7 thousand terminals. The company continues to install additional terminals. In the near future, 766 more electronic devices from the first batch will be installed for Ukrposhta customers. By the end of this year, it is planned to install another 934 POS-terminals in all rural and urban automated post offices.
