Ukrainians who have lost their original documents due to the war, but are unable to restore them in the registry office, can order duplicates on the Diia portal and receive delivery by Ukrposhta. Delivery is carried out at the tariff "Ukrposhta Documents".

To use the delivery from Ukrposhta, you need to select the appropriate method of delivery of documents to the address or to the nearest branch on the Diia portal.

Birth, change of name, death, marriage or divorce certificates are available for reissuance. You can also order online extracts from the Register of state registration of birth, death, change of name, marriage (conclusion and dissolution).

You can re-order a certificate or extract both for yourself and for your next of kin. To do this, you need to attach scanned copies of documents confirming family relations.
