In August, Ukrposhta paid UAH 9.4 billion in pension payments to 2.5 million pensioners. Payments were made in all regions except for the temporarily occupied Kherson, Luhansk and Crimea.

In general, in most regions Ukrposhta reached pre-war levels. Thus, in Vinnytsia, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattya, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Poltava, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi regions the rate of pension payments reaches 98-100%. In Mykolaiv, Ukrposhta has managed to pay 85% of pensions for the second month in a row.

In August, Ukrposhta paid pension payments worth UAH 18 million by money transfers for Ukrainians who temporarily changed their place of residence within Ukraine. The largest number of such payments was recorded in Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Zhytomyr, Donetsk regions and the city of Kyiv.
