To execute the order of "Ukrposhta" from 05.08.2022 No.826 "On carrying out of experiment of the selection of bids for the use of non-exclusive property rights of intellectual property for the work of art - postage stamp "Russian warship, go...!" in the period from 16.08 to 29.08 the competition, within which "Ukrposhta" received six bids.

According to the results of examination and evaluation of bids for the use of non-exclusive property rights of intellectual property for the work of art - postage stamp "Russian warship, go...!" the most economically attractive for the SC "Ukrposhta" was recognized the proposal of the Public Association "NFT Philately Association". At the same time, we inform you that conclusion of an agreement on cooperation and the issue of NFT (digital stamp) will become possible after the introduction of necessary changes in legislative acts of Ukraine.
