In August, Ukrposhta paid 17.2 million UAH from the state for 7.2 thousand Ukrainians who evacuated from the war zone. In August, payments were made at central railway stations in Lviv and Dnipro. Also, to deliver financial aid from the government in Kirovohrad oblast, Ukrposhta used mobile branches that picked up people in Kropyvnytsky, Oleksandria, and other communities. The largest number of payments, 9.6 million UAH for nearly 4,000 people, was made to Ukrainians who were evacuated to Lviv.

In September, Ukrposhta began delivering financial assistance from the government also in Khmelnytskyi.

"Ukrposhta is fully prepared to work with civil-military administrations and the Ministry of Reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to work with the evacuated population. Thanks to the wide network of branches and various formats of work we can quickly organize the delivery of funds directly at the railway stations or in the nearest branch to the railway station or deliver them to the communities, as we do now in the Kirovograd region. As well as ready to serve the number of people who need it. For example, in August the volume of payments was almost twice more than in previous months, but it did not affect the quality and speed of money disbursement", - Deputy Director General of Ukrposhta on network development Dmytro Polishchuk commented.

Since May, Ukrposhta has delivered a total of UAH 47 million in state assistance to about 20,000 IDPs as part of a joint project of the Office of the President, Ministry of Digital Transformation, Ministry of Social Policy, Ministry of Infrastructure, Ukrposhta, and Ukrzaliznytsia.
