Ukrposhta will distribute bread from "Kyivkhlib" in the liberated settlements of Kyiv region

Travelling post offices of Ukrposhta, working in recently liberated from the occupation settlements of Kiev region, will distribute bread to local residents. Bread can be received absolutely free of charge - it was provided by the capital city manufacturer "Kyivkhlib", which since the beginning of the war supplies its products to the AFU, units of the territory defense, volunteer and public organizations, charitable foundations, doctors, as well as Ukrainians who found themselves in difficulty because of the war.

"We were approached by our long-time partner, the company Kyivkhlib, with a proposal to distribute bread in the Kyiv region, to where our travelling post offices reach. Of course, we agreed because we understand that there is a need for food in the Kyiv region. And our travelling post offices go to each, even the smallest village, where there are no stores, but people live there and we have to take care of them. The first batch has already been distributed - 560 people received fresh bread. We will continue to deliver bread as much as it will be needed. In addition to bread, which our employees will distribute for free, in our travelling post offices you can buy basic necessity goods - cereals, canned goods, cookies", - commented the director of the Kyiv branch of Ukrposhta Olesya Kopchuk.

"Since the beginning of the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the company "Kyivkhlib" helps with free bread to everyone who needs it. Currently, there are remote villages, where it is difficult for volunteers to get. Therefore, we start a good initiative together with "Ukrposhta" to provide people with fresh bread - we deliver bread products for targeted provision of sparsely populated villages with travelling post offices. People in these places need it most, because often volunteers and sales representatives do not reach them. We anticipate further cooperation to help people together with Ukrposhta", - said the director of "Kyivkhlib" Yaroslav Fedorenko.

Regular distribution of bread to pensioners of Borodianka, Ivankiv, Irpin, Bucha and Hostomel is planned.
