Ukrposhta resumed delivery of orders in Ukraine by the Latvian marketplace Joom. Now not only Ukrainian entrepreneurs can sell their products at Joom, but also Ukrainian customers can order products online with delivery from Ukrposhta.

Since April 25 Joom provides access to the entire range of products (including products from Chinese sellers). Recall that since the war all marketplaces temporarily suspended delivery to Ukraine. Joom one of the first to remove from the site notice limiting the sale of goods to Ukrainian users.

"Thanks to the fact that the AFU repels enemy attacks and liberates new territories, as well as the fact that Ukrposhta delivers items in almost all regions, our international partners receive signals that Ukraine is returning to normal every day more and more. Before the war there were about 1 million unique buyers from Ukraine on Joom. Now they have the opportunity to order online again. And Ukrposhta will continue to look for ways to support Ukrainian sellers and buyers together with international marketplaces", - commented Julia Pavlenko, Director of International Operations.

Joom is an international marketplace with a wide range of products from all over the world, especially from China. The marketplace offers 20 million products from 5,000 sellers. Before the war, Ukrainians with delivery from Ukrposhta ordered about 500 thousand parcels every month.

Please note, when ordering from Joom for delivery are available only in the offices of Ukrposhta, which now work for the issuance and receipt of shipments. Outlets in the occupied regions or where there is an intense fighting, may temporarily not provide a service for delivery items. Please be noted that Joom also from the first days of the war supported the Ukrainians: marketplace made earlier payments to all merchants for February, from mid-March reduced the commission for sellers from 15% to 0%, and also introduced a protection protocol for Ukrainian stores, so that because of the war the Ukrainian sellers stores were not applied fines or pessimization due to delays for processing orders.
