Ukrposhta continues to negotiate with the world's Posts to provide preferential terms for deliveries to Ukraine during the war.

In response to Ukrposhta's appeal to support Ukraine and Ukrainians already 14 national postal operators of other countries have announced free delivery of items to Ukraine. This refers to delivery from abroad to specific recipients in Ukraine with the recipient, address, zip code, and contact phone number. These items Ukrposhta, as a national postal operator, will deliver them for free to its post offices in Ukraine, where the recipients can pick them up. You can send clothes, household goods, groceries in original packaging up to 10 kg, a small amount of over-the-counter medications. Alcohol and military goods are prohibited.

"Since the beginning of the war, the Posts of the world have been providing Ukraine with humanitarian aid, which they collect from their branches and deliver to Ukraine at their own expense. This is a non-addressed aid, which we, together with volunteers, distribute to residents of war-stricken towns and social institutions, and displaced people. At the same time, we understand that there is a strong Ukrainian diaspora in the world - each of us has friends, relatives, or acquaintances abroad who would like to support us and send us food or items during this difficult time for Ukraine. So we asked the Posts of the World to make special arrangements for deliveries to Ukraine during the war. So if your relatives or friends from other countries would like to send a parcel to Ukraine, now you can do it for free from 13 countries", - said Igor Smelyansky, Director General of Ukrposhta.
