Ukrposhta started paying pensions for April in all regions of the country


At the end of March, Ukrposhta started paying pensions for April in all regions of Ukraine, including difficult areas of Luhansk, Kherson, Chernihiv, Sumy and other regions.

We would like to remind you that all customers served by Ukrposhta receive pension and cash payments by address and in cash. If a person has changed the place of residence, the company has a mechanism for redirecting payments to any other available branch. To do this, you need to contact the contact center of the Ukrposhta or the Pension Fund and provide the details of your new location. If a pensioner, who has previously received a pension in a bank, currently does not have access to a bank branch, he or she can apply to the Pension Fund of Ukraine to receive a pension at the nearest branch of Ukrposhta or hand in an application through a postman or at any post office.

It should be reminded that today Ukrposhta has the largest network of operating branches: depending on the schedules, up to 5 thousand stationary branches and 1.3 thousand travelling branches are opened every day - this is more than the network of all bank branches in Ukraine.

In March, Ukrposhta delivered 85% or UAH 8.9 billion of pensions in cash to cities and villages across Ukraine - wherever it was safe to do so. Thanks to this, more than 2.5 million elderly people received funds to buy food, medicines and other necessary things.

How to arrange the redirection of pension and other payments to the new place of residence. To do this you need:
1. Contact:

  • Ukrposhta by calling the contact center at 0 800 300 545 and select button 2 - section "Pensions, social benefits and subsidies" (all calls are free), or by filling out the online form;
  • or to the Pension Fund of Ukraine by phone numbers available at the link or by sending information through the electronic cabinet.

2. Inform about the need to receive a pension, financial assistance at another address and provide the following information

  • surname, name and patronymic of the pension and/or financial assistance recipient;
  • address of receipt of pension / financial assistance until March 2022;
  • passport data (passport series and number);
  • phone number of the recipient of the pension / financial assistance;
  • method of receiving the payment (to the branch or to the home address);
  • new delivery address: postal code of the Ukrposhta branch or temporary residence address.

If you receive a pension or financial assistance by postal transfer, please inform the operator additionally of the transfer code received in the SMS message.

The funds will be paid to the declared address of residence within a few days.

Also, the pension can be received at any automated branch of Ukrposhta, which will be available - you also need to inform the operator about this.
