Ukrposhta as of March 13, 2022 delivered 52.16% of pensions (or 5.5 billion UAH). Pensions are delivered in all regions. The highest rate of payments in Kirovohrad (89.33%), Donetsk (85.35%), Rivne (77.82%), Cherkasy (76.44%), Khmelnytsky (75.39%) and Vinnytsia (73.41%) regions.

In regions where active military operations are continuing, the delivery of pensions is complicated, but pensions are paid at the first opportunity. Thus, in Mykolaiv region, in spite of the daily bombardments, 45.04% of pensions have already been paid. In Kharkiv, Kherson and Sumy regions 19.76%, 14.33% and 12.30%, respectively, have already been paid. However, as soon as green corridors are formed in cities temporarily occupied by Russian attackers, Ukrposhta will immediately deliver payments.

"Today the post office delivers not only parcels and payments, we deliver hope that there is a peaceful pre-war life, and it will definitely return. This is especially noticeable in the regions, where the situation is really difficult - people there are genuinely surprised that at this time Ukrposhta works. And we work, because we are responsible for people in the most remote corners of the country. Yes, there are towns and villages to which we still cannot reach. But we are working on this together with the government and regional administrations. No matter how difficult the conditions are," I believe that in March we will also deliver all pensions, as we did in January and February and as we will do in future", - Director General of Ukrposhta Igor Smelansky commented.

Please be noted that Ukrposhta also delivers payments to temporarily displaced people within Ukraine. Now Ukrposhta has received 11.3 thousand requests for redirection.
If you have left the place of actual residence, you can get your payments by re-directing them.

To do this you need:

1. Call:
   or Ukrposhta Contact Center at 0 800 300 545 and select button 2 - section "Pensions, social benefits and subsidies" (all calls are free), or by filling out the online form https://www.ukrposhta.ua/ru/ zaiavka-na-pereadresatsiiu-pensii;
   or to the Pension Fund of Ukraine by calling the telephone numbers on the link or submit the information through the electronic profile.
2. Inform about the necessity to receive pensions, allowances at another address and submit the following information:

• last name, first name, and middle name of the recipient of the pension and/or cash benefit;
• Address of receipt of pension/monetary aid until March 2022;
• passport information (passport series and number);
• phone number of pension/monetary aid recipient;
• way of receiving payment (to the post office or to the home address);
• new delivery address: post code of Ukrposhta post office or address of temporary residence.

If you receive your pension or allowance by postal money order, please additionally inform the operator of the postal money order code received in the sms-message.

Your money will be paid to the declared address of residence within several days.

If you have not yet decided on the place of receipt of payment and want to receive it at any automated Ukrposhta post office, to which one will have access, please inform the operator about it. As previously reported, the national postal operator has previously begun payment of pensions, subsidies and social assistance for March.
