On June 11, Ukrposhta will launch a stamp of © UEFA EURO 2020 ТМ. It is commemorated to the UEFA European Championship 2020, which due to the COVID-19 pandemic was delayed for a year and will be held from June 11 to July 11, 2021.

The stamp will be issued with a circulation of 140,000 copies and a face value of F (equivalent to UAH 17).

The stamp depicts the main elements of the © UEFA EURO 2020 ТМ visual design concept: a bridge – the universal symbol of connection, fans, and the official Henri Delaunay Cup. The design of the postage stamp and the First Day postmark were created according to the © UEFA EURO 2020 ТМ brand guidelines.

The special cancellation of the stamp with the postmark «First day» will take place on June 11 in the main post office of Kyiv.

In the past, Ukrposhta had put in circulation 29 postage stamps and blocks on football theme. In particular, they were dedicated to Ukrainian football, anniversaries of FIFA, UEFA, FIFA World Cup 2006, © UEFA EURO 2012 ТМ, and UEFA Champions League Final Kyiv 2018.

In 2020, the UEFA European Championship celebrated its 60^th anniversary and in order to commemorate this date, it was decided to host the tournament in 11 cities of 11 European countries. London's Wembley Stadium has the honor of hosting the semi-finals and final of the © UEFA EURO 2020 ТМ on July 11, 2021.
