The supply of natural gas to consumers is regulated by the applicable Law of Ukraine, in particular by the following documents:

Settlement of Disputes

All disputes arising between the Parties shall be settled through negotiation.

In case of a lack of agreement through negotiation, the Parties have the right to file a dispute resolution with the Natural Gas Market Regulator and/or to submit the dispute to court in accordance with the applicable Law of Ukraine.

Negotiations of the Parties, an appeal to the Natural Gas Market Regulator are not measures of pre-litigation settlement of disputes and do not deprive the Parties of the right to go to court.
