27.07.2022

Pensioners, as well as Ukrainians who are in occupied, de-occupied or territories with active hostilities, as well as vulnerable categories, which include internally displaced persons, multi-member families, persons with disabilities, single parents who are raising a minor child on their own, can receive financial assistance from international organizations within the framework of the eDopomoga project.

To receive such help, a person needs to register on the eDopomoga platform. Moreover, having a bank account is not mandatory: when filling out the application on the website, one just needs to indicate the absence of an IBAN and, subject to the decision of the international organization, pensioners will receive their funds at Ukrposhta post offices.

The project eDopomoga was implemented by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine, in accordance with the tasks of the memorandum of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine with the Mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Ukraine and the Red Cross Society of Ukraine, UNICEF, the World Food Program of the United Nations and the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees.
