On March 10 4568 post offices of Ukrposhta are working, free redirection of postal items was added. In addition, travelling post offices go to the routes where it is safe to do so.

Now Ukrainians who have changed their place of residence because of military operations can use the service of redirection of postal items. Currently, redirection is free of charge.

To apply for re-direction, you need to fill out a form at https://www.ukrposhta.ua/ru/zaiavka-na-pereadresatsiiu-reiestrovanoho-poshtovoho-vidpravlennia.

The form should include: postal item tracking number, recipient's name,

Postal code of the post office where the shipment is addressed to,

Postal code of the post office where it should be delivered.

IMPORTANT: redirection of postal items from post offices that are not working due to the aggravation of hostilities is possible only after the situation is resolved and such post offices are opened.

Re-direction is possible only to the post offices that are now working, in particular, receive mail. Please note that in some areas redirection is possible only within cities or due to difficult conditions of transportation temporarily is not possible at all. Also Ukrposhta does not charge for storage of postal items. Postal items whose storage time has expired, but not received by the addressees, will still be stored at the post offices and will not be returned to the senders.

Please be reminded that Ukrposhta resumed work in most post offices, except in settlements where there is an active phase of military operations. Working post offices of Ukrposhta provide the following services: delivery of postal items, acceptance of domestic and international postal items (only in open form), acceptance and delivery of money transfers, acceptance of payments. Acceptance of postal items and payments is not possible from/to the aggressor countries of Russia and Belarus.
