Ukrainian Etsy sellers can now process international shipments without manually duplicating order data. Ukrposhta has launched a technical integration with Etsy ,a global online marketplace for handmade goods, crafts, art, and vintage items, making international shipping easier and more efficient for businesses.
After connecting an Etsy shop to the Ukrposhta Personal Account, new orders are automatically imported into the system. Sellers no longer need to manually enter the recipient's address, contact details, or shipment contents — all the required information is available automatically for creating an international shipment. This reduces processing time and helps prevent manual errors.
With the new integration, Ukrainian sellers can now:
- automatically import Etsy orders;
- create international shipments without re-entering order information;
- automatically transmit tracking numbers after shipment creation;
- print shipping labels directly from the Ukrposhta Personal Account;
- pay for shipping online;
- receive volume-based discounts on international shipments;
- benefit from free return shipping if a parcel cannot be delivered.
“Starting today, there is no need to manually copy addresses or fill out shipping forms. Simply connect your Etsy store to your Ukrposhta Personal Account once, and all new orders will be imported automatically. Our customers should focus on creating great Ukrainian products — our job is to make shipping take just a few minutes. From there, we ensure fast delivery to buyers around the world. For example, shipments to the United States — one of the key markets for Etsy sellers — are delivered by Ukrposhta in an average of 7–14 days," said Igor Smelyansky, CEO of JSC Ukrposhta.
The integration can be activated through the Ukrposhta Personal Account by simply synchronizing it with an Etsy shop. Once connected, all new Etsy orders will be imported automatically.
After that, sellers only need to create and pay for the shipment online, print the shipping label (or provide the tracking number at a post office), and hand the parcel over to Ukrposhta for delivery to any of the 230 countries and territories it serves worldwide.
