The list of documents for customs clearance

For individuals

If the cost of item is ≤ 10 thousand Euro, customs clearance takes place without the participation of the sender.

For shipment, you must provide the following documents:

  • CN23 declaration form (for value-added items with cash and parcels) in 3 copies or CN22 (for small packages, recommended bags “M”, items with declared value) in 1 copy.
  • A document confirming the origin and value of the goods (goods receipt or cash receipt). If there is no receipt, the customs looks up such item on the Internet and confirms its price or issues a decision on the value of the goods based on the prices for similar goods.

The customs fee is not charged if the goods are exported from Ukraine.

For legal entities

Payment

Customs payments shall be not charged

* When the contents value is less than €1,000, but the customer is required to submit a customs declaration in SAD (Single Administrative Document, IM40) format.
