EMS (Express Mail Service) is an accelerated international delivery service. EMS postal items are delivered exclusively by air and are treated as a priority in both Ukraine and the country of destination. According to Universal Postal Union standards, EMS postal items in the country of destination are delivered to the recipient’s address. You can use the service from April 1, 2020 in the branches of Ukrposhta.

How to post a postal item
- Check if the contents does not belong to the list of prohibited goods and non-shippable items.
- Review the customs clearance rules for postal items.
- Complete customs declarations online. Use the Online Personal Account, Mobile App or a special API system for corporate clients. This will help you complete the form correctly and save with a 3% welcome discount off the tariff.
- Available at any Ukrposhta post office.
