On the SMART Forwarding website, go to the “My Account” section and register in the SMART Connect parcel management system. To do this, enter your email and password. Data for authorization will be sent to you at the specified email.

Attention! To find out the address of a virtual warehouse in UK, you need to pass an identity check. To do this, provide photocopies of the following documents:

  • first page of the passport or identity document;
  • passport page with registration or other document confirming the address of residence;
  • any other document proving the identity of the owner (driver’s license, bank statement, etc.).

Third parties do not have access to your confidential personal data, they are not published anywhere. SMART Forwarding does not use your personal data for any purpose other than those specified in the service agreement. When registering, you should familiarize yourself with the public offer and agree to its terms.

Registered users can edit their profile data. In order to form a parcel, the delivery address must be entered in the profile address book. To do this, you need to log in to your personal account, go to the "Address Book" section and add a new address by filling out all the fields in the data entry form. You can add to the address book

To find out the address of a virtual warehouse in UK and other countries, you need to pass an identity check. To do this, provide photocopies of the following documents:

On the website of any British online store, select the product that you like, add it to the basket and proceed to checkout. In order for the goods to arrive at the SMART Forwarding warehouse in UK, when paying on the site, specify the following data:

  • in the "First name" field - your personal SMART ID;
  • in the "Last name" field - SMART Forwarding UK;
  • in the “shipping address” field - the address of the British SMART Forwarding warehouse.

Please note that if the address does not match the valid one or you do not enter your SMART ID, the warehouse will not be able to accept the parcel from the store.

After you have paid for your purchases, the online store forms an order and sends it to the specified address (SMART Forwarding virtual warehouse). Delivery in UK can take several days.

After making a purchase in the online store, you need to register the order in the SMART Connect system. There are two options:

  • “Order” - if you have independently paid for the purchase on the Internet.
  • “Buyout” - if you want a representative of SMART Forwarding to buy goods, or the online store does not accept your bank card.

If the purchase is ready, specify the following information in the form in the SMART Connect system:

  • name of the order (for example, toys, clothes or whatever is convenient for you)
  • the country in which you made the purchase;
  • who will deliver the parcel to the SMART Forwarding warehouse (courier, store or individual), track number, weight, cost and description of the goods;
  • additional servicesneeded if any: division of the order, photo of packaging and / or contents, removal of boxes.

"Buyout"

If the purchase cannot be paid from Ukraine or you want SMART Forwarding employees to buy goods from the seller, specify the following information in the form in the SMART Connect system:

  • name of the order (for example, toys, clothes or whatever is convenient for you)
  • the country in which you made the purchase;
  • name of the online store;
  • name, article, links to the goods, number of units of goods, parameters (color, size), weight and cost of goods;
  • additional services needed if any.

This is a paid service for which an additional commission is charged.

If the purchase cannot be paid from Ukraine, SMART Forwarding employees will buy the goods from the seller. To do this, in the form in the SMART Connect system, specify the following information:

  • name of the order (for example, toys, clothes or whatever is convenient for you)
  • the country in which you made the purchase;
  • name of the online store;
  • name, article, links to the goods, number of units of goods, parameters (color, size), weight and cost of goods;
  • additional services needed.

This is a paid service for which an additional commission is charged. To find out the estimated cost of the service, in the calculator on the website, select "you need to buy the goods", indicate the price of the item in the store and the estimated weight.

Payment for the purchase of the order and delivery takes place through the "Wallet" in your account. In the Settings tab of your personal account, you need to select the payment currency, then return to the Wallet and choose the method of depositing funds: PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro.

The tariff at the time of creating the parcel is preliminary, and the final cost of delivery of the parcel will be formed after the arrival of the order at the warehouse. SMART Forwarding is very sensitive to your orders, so by default it adds simple packaging. If your order arrives at the warehouse in high quality packaging and does not require additional protection during transportation in Ukraine, then the cost of simple packaging will not be included in the final invoice.

When the order (purchased goods) arrives at the SMART Forwarding warehouse, the status will change to “at warehouse”. To create a package in the “Address Book” tab, add the delivery address in Ukraine, noting in Latin or Cyrillic letters:

  • name of the package;
  • name of the recipient;
  • postal address (postal code, country, region, town, street, house, apartment)
  • phone number.

To arrange shipment from a warehouse in Ukraine, select the created delivery address for your shipment and select the desired tariff. Parcel can be received at Ukrposhta branch or by courier.

You only need to fill out a customs declaration. You need to do this in your personal account of the SMART Connect system. To do this, select from the list the common name of things in the package, indicate the quantity, weight and cost of each product.

If you need, we:

  • divide the order into several parcels;
  • take a photo of the packaging and / or contents;
  • remove the extra boxes.

If you need non-standard additional services, we can provide them by prior arrangement. To do this, put a mark in the field “Special request”.

To send a parcel to Ukraine, you need to pay for delivery. The final shipping cost will be recorded on the invoice. Wait until the parcel status changes to “Pending payment” and / or an email message about the invoice, pay the final shipping cost.
