Send parcels from UK to Ukraine safely, conveniently and easily through official carriers: Hermes, SMART Forwarding and Ukrposhta. Delivery is made on a hands-on-hands basis from all cities in the UK to all cities in Ukraine. There are no hidden forwarding fees, and you can send a parcel from the closest Hermes collection point in your city.

The customs control service does not allow to import to Ukraine parcels with forbidden goods and food without the original packaging and marking of the manufacturer — if you send the goods without packing, the parcel will be returned. Up to 10 kg of products can be shipped in one postal item.

You can send the parcel by courier or from the store near your home or work.

You need to spend time and money on the way to / from the point where the parcel will be picked by the carrier.

Posting of the parcel

  1. Please read the terms of service and check if the content you are going to send is allowed.
  2. Prepare and pack the parcel, weight the shipment, measure its height, length, width.
  3. Choose the shipment method: Hermes Courier or Hermes “No Printer”.
  4. Fill in all fields with information about the sender and the recipient. Fill in the customs declaration and pay for the shipment.
  5. Indicate the international tracking number (that you received in the email along with the accompanying documents) on the parcel.
  6. Send your parcel and track it online on the SMART Post Global website or the Ukrposhta website.

Frequently Asked Questions

You need to specify:

  • the name and surname of the sender and recipient;
  • full postal address (country, region (for Ukraine), settlement, street, house and apartment number, postal code) of the sender and recipient;
  • the mobile phone number of the sender and the recipient.

In addition, you need to specify your email to the sender — from SMART Post you will receive customs documents, postal labels, a receipt and a bill for payment for delivery services by email.

Posting of the parcel in the UK

You can send the parcel by Hermes courier or via parcel drop-off at the nearest Hermes Print In-store service, with more than 4,500 ParcelShop service points throughout UK. Before you post your postal item, determine if you will find it convenient to print the supporting documents you need to send yourself.

Sending a parcel with printed documents

You can send the parcel with the accompanying documents by courier or via the nearest Print In-store ParcelShop. If you want to send the post item with a courier:

  • Choose the delivery method — “Hermes Courier”.
  • Enter the sender and recipient information, fill in the customs declaration and receive the supporting documents to email.
  • Attach the printed documents, write down on the box with a pen / marker the international track number (for example: DK000004444GR).
  • give the postal item ready for posting to the Hermes courier.

Sending a parcel without printed documents

If you want to send a parcel without printing documents through the nearest Hermes ParcelShop Print In-store:

  • Choose Hermes Printerless Delivery Method.
  • Specify the sender and recipient information, fill in the customs declaration and receive an email with a 6 digit return delivery code and a return delivery QR code.
  • Indicate on the packing/box the international track number (eg: DK000004444GR) in uppercase.
  • Take the ready postal item to the nearest ParcelShop Print In-store. When sending from Hermes ParcelShop with a Hermes Print-In-store device, scan the QR code from the screen of your phone or a printed letter and get a sticker. If the QR code is not to be scanned, you can enter a six-digit code.
  • Attach the sticker to the parcel and hand it over to a ParcelShop employee. The employee will give you a confirmation of the parcel posting.
  • Receiving a parcel in Ukraine

    Receive a parcel at any of the 11,000 post offices of Ukrposhta all over Ukraine. You will need to present your passport or other identity document in order to pick up the postal item.

If you are unable to print the documents, choose Hermes Printer-free sending method using the 6-digit Return (Return) code (or QR code). You will receive an email with a 6-digit code and a QR code to your email. Take the postal item to the nearest ParcelShop Print In-store. Warning! The parcel should be sent within three days of receiving the code. If you do not have time to post your shipment, contact your online support manager at SMART Post Global site.

How to post a parcel without printing documents?

Specify the complete list of goods / products / things to be shipped when drawing up the customs declaration. Specify the exact weight of the parcel, the length, width and height of the packed parcel. If you specify incorrect dimensions or weight, we will send detailed instructions to your email with further steps.
